Most collage apps stop at still photos. Panels is built for motion: drop a video into a cell and it plays right there in the editor, in sync with the others, across the whole grid. What you arrange is what you export.

Pick a layout — a clean table grid, an off-balance split, or a diagonal cut. Tap a cell to add a photo or video from your library. Drag and pinch to frame each one exactly how you want it inside its cell. Drag the dividers to give a cell more room, set the colour and thickness of the borders, and when it looks right, export.
